INSTITUTIONAL LEADERSHIP
- Designed and implemented a Flash Drive Program at Monmouth University — reducing dependency on costly laptop leasing programs campus-wide.
- Redesigned multimedia classrooms across Monmouth University to include desktop computers, LCD projectors, and modern AV infrastructure.
- Managed and supervised technical teams, student workers, and AV budgets as Director of Media Services.
- Served on the Executive Board Committee for the Monmouth Junior Science Symposium (2002–2004).
EVENTS & PRODUCTIONS
- AV Specialist at the Garden State Film Festival for 6+ consecutive years (2006–2012).
- Technical Director for 8 regional film festivals across New Jersey.
- Directed AV production for public service events including the Christine Todd Whitman In Public Service Series.
- Co-produced two historical documentaries for Monmouth University’s Department of History — archived in permanent collections.
ENTREPRENEURIAL MILESTONES
- Built and operated a successful freelance AV business serving the NJ, NY, and Philadelphia Tri-State Area.
- Served as Regional Director at International Audio-Visual, managing equipment rentals, billing, and workforce teams.
- Delivered AV solutions for hotel conference centers across Monmouth County for 15+ years.
